Cookies and local storage
This site does not use its own analytics, advertising or social media tracking. The Diagnostic Conversation page uses HubSpot to provide and protect the enquiry form.
Most public pages do not set cookies or local storage. The Diagnostic Conversation page loads a HubSpot form, which may use browser storage to operate the form, prevent abuse and record choices presented within it. The client portal also uses storage that is strictly necessary to keep authorised users signed in.

Keeps you signed in to the client portal between page loads.

Consultant workspace notes
Strictly necessary (internal)
Stores diagnostic working notes on the consultant's own device while a workspace is in progress. Only present in the internal workspace.

Duration: Until cleared in the browser.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve and secure the site. This is not a cookie and is not used to profile visitors.
Controlling storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing them will sign you out of the client portal.
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential technology, we will ask for your consent first and give you a way to change or withdraw it. See the privacy notice for how we handle personal information.
